At Zen, we take pride in delivering high-quality protein dessert bars with zero extra nonsense. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns for opened food products due to safety and hygiene concerns.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
