At Zen, we aim to deliver your favorite protein dessert bars to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Metro Cities (India): 2–4 business days
- Other Locations (India): 4–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors (weather, courier delays, festive rush, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.
5. Delivery Issues

- If you provide incorrect delivery details, Zen is not responsible for missed deliveries. We recommend double-checking your address before placing an order.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package. We’ll resolve it with either a replacement or refund.
